Nancy has shared her spiritual gifts with clients across the United States and Canada through her Life Guidance Readings. She has taught spiritual development courses and lectured on various topics at locations, including Lilydale Assembly, the world’s largest center for the science and philosophy of Spiritualism.
Nancy is returning to Kansas City to share her spiritual gifts with you. Nancy has spent the past 15 years traveling across the country to teach those who work in the hospice and funeral fields, as well as supporting those who are grieving the loss of a loved one. As a psychic medium, she is able to help people understand the journey that people take as they cross over to the other side and the connection that death cannot end.
This multi-part event will consist of:
5:00 – 6:00 p.m.: Join us for happy hour
6:00 – 7:00 p.m. : Featured educational program: Death: A Spiritual Journey
For years Nancy has worked alongside many families who have a loved one under hospice care and the hospice staff who sit with people who are actively dying. Many of those patients experience talking to a family member that has long since passed, seeing an angel or conversing with someone that the family members cannot see or hear. Nancy will discuss what takes place during a Death Bed Visitation (DBV) and how your response as a part of the patients and family’s care team can help ease both the dying process and the anticipatory grief. Additionally, the phenomenon of after-death communication (ADC) and its impact on the bereaved will be examined. This program is not intended to offer proof of these events, rather it is to enlighten participants into how their response to the family can provide much needed support at a difficult time.
You will leave understanding:
What constitutes a Deathbed Vision and what form they may take
Identifying strategies to respond in such a way that alleviates the fear and grief
Your role as a healthcare professional when interacting with a dying patient or their family who reports such an occurrence
How to differentiate between personal beliefs and professional response
What factors may determine when the death will occur
After-Death Communications and how these events impact the bereaved
7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Messages and Mediumship Demonstration
Nancy will share her spiritual gifts by offering mini-messages to those who request one. This will be a public platform so others may just witness the phenomenon and understand better how psychic guidance occurs. This will be a fun and informative way to end our night together.
Reiki Healing demonstrations with Laura Mullennix will also be available on-site.
